Our team under goes a rigoress training program that includes:

Training with insurance adjusters from various insurance companies to ensure our roof consultants understand roofing claims and storm damage. This allows us to work with your insurance company to maximize your claims.
- Training with manufactures and distributors covering product warranty so we can assist in any issues our customers may have with their current roofing system.
- We attend factory tours so we understand where and how the products we install are being manufactured.
- We attend manufactures installation programs to ensure our people are knowledgeable in manufactures detailed installation guidelines.
- We attend ventilation seminars to ensure we understand how to increase the lifespan of your roofing system as well as increasing our customers home efficiency ratings, which ultimately puts dollars back into their pockets
- We attend OSHA training seminars, so not only do we strive to attain OSHA Compliance daily, it helps to ensure our teams safety.
- We attend equipment training to allow are people to become certified, more efficient, and safer.
Asphalt / Composition Shingles:
Although 30 yr laminate shingles are more popular than most, we offer all types from 25 yr. 3-tab, lifetime single laminates, impact resistant SBS shingles, to high end luxury asphalt shingles.
Cedar Shakes and Shingles:
SRI is a member of the Cedar Bureau, this is a membership held by very few roofing contractors. With this membership comes a knowledge and expertise to ensure we are using the correct fastening and ventilation system to maximize the lifespan of your cedar roof. We also use only the highest quality “Premium and Number 1 – Cert- Label” Cedar Shake and Shingle product.
Synthetic Roofing Systems:
Synthetic slate, tile, and shake substitutes are growing in popularity, the appearance of these products have become very realistic, and is often being substituted in woodshake covenance areas. While the increasing cost of asphalt shingles has made the synthetic price within reason. This would be the last roof installed in most applications. We are an EcoStar – Goldstar certified applicator.
Slate / Clay Tile:
Synthetics are replacing mamy clay and tile products, but many purists still believe in the real deal. Many companies such as Ludiwici still provide the same products installed 70 years ago. Removal and installation of the products involves a particular amount attention during the entire roofing process.
EPDM / Rubber Roofing:
For low slope roofing we prefer to use EPDM (ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber).This system is primarily a commercial application, but its popularity is growing into the residential market. We are a certified installer allowing us to certify commercial roofs providing a manufactured sponsored 20 year labor and material warranty. Residential applications are 10 year material warranty. Although the warranties only provide up to 20 years of coverage, test have shown these rubber membrane systems exceeding a 50 year lifespan.
Standing Seam / Metal Roofing:
We believe in providing properties with a roofing system that will provide everlasting years of security and protection, but we also believe in elegance. Standing seam metal provides such elegance. From copper and contemporary dormer, to installing an entire roof system, the look achieved by using standing seam is unrivaled (as seen in our feature house). It achieves the highest ratings in all aspects, and is the most versatile of all roofing systems. We also offer other metal roofing system such as R panel and Double V.
At SRI we believe we have one opportunity to install a roofing system that will provide weather protection for the lifespan of the product, therefore we only install manufacture recommended products. We also take extra measures for our systems such as using ice and water shield, high wind nailing our asphalt shingles (5-6 nails per shingle, 2 nails at rake edges, and 4 nails per ridge tile)
